Hello! How can we help you?

What is the difference between the Veloped models?

All Veloped models — Sport, Tour and Trek — share the same frame, front wheels and braking system, so walking and off-road performance is identical across the range. The difference is in the textiles and the accessories that come with each model:

Sport = our basic model. A fully working Veloped with a large basket and seat.

Tour: the seat is 2" (5 cm) deeper than the Sport — not wider. Carbon-fibre reinforced plates and padded insertions built into the seat cover allow the extra depth and make it firmer and more comfortable to sit on. It also comes with a rain cover for the seat and basket.

Trek: like the Sport, but with one bag you can attach to the seat with press-studs and one backpack that fits great in the basket.

Aside from these textile and accessory differences, the models perform the same — so choose based on the seat comfort and the storage or weather protection you want, not on performance.

Tip: Sport, Tour and Trek describe the textile package. The wheel size (for example 12" or 14") is chosen separately.

  • Very good…

The Walker 14er helps me a lot (balance disorder due to ataxia). Apart from the large tyres, which make it easier to overcome obstacles, I particularly like the flexible suspensions of the wheels on the left and right, which decisively improve the gr…

  • Finally…

The Veloped allows me to go out again.
It is stable and has maximum off-road mobility. Very important for me is the possibility to rest now and then.
I would definitely buy it again.

I have been meaning to write for some time to thank you for all the help my Veloped gives me - I use it for hanging out the washing and fetching peat from the shed as well as walking on the mostly rough terrain here on the Isle of Barra in the Wester…

  • Great experience all the way around!…

I've taken my trek miles on the desert and it'll go anywhere. The training is bringing me to the point where I can walk without it. Even when I had flats from goathead thorns--the bane of all OTR cyclists--they were easily fixed at a bike store. Trio…

  • A whole new quality of life for my husband with Parkinson's disease…

Last week my husband asked me for a rollator that he had otherwise strictly rejected. On the Internet I quickly came across the company Trionic. The communication with Mr. Kindberg via chat and phone was great. Ordered on Tuesday and assembled on Thu…

  • This review is totally voluntary!…

I am 75 years old and I suffer from osteoarthritis, diabetes, and a heart issue. About six months ago, my wife and I decided to purchase a rollator from a well-known UK company. It was large and sturdy in design and I started using it and yes, it did…

  • Veloped…

I am very satisfied, my expectations were fully met. I no longer want to live without my Veloped!
On vacation, a nature camp, it was a great help.
    1. the all-terrain gear makes walking in rough terrain much easier.
    2. walking at night without pay…

  • Real quality of life improvement…

This rollator is infinitely better designed and made than my previous one, and well worth the much higher price...

I can use it on uneven ground for walks on fields and river banks, and I am finding I take bigger steps and stand more upright, thus…
