How do I obtain a Trionic Veloped or Walker with coverage?
The Trionic Veloped and Walker are premium walking aids, generally more expensive than the social-security reimbursement base (€53.81) and often outside the LPPR list. Cover from the Assurance Maladie is therefore limited; the top-up comes from your complementary insurance (mutuelle) and, in some cases, from the APA.
Steps: ask your doctor for a prescription stating "rollator / déambulateur" with the medical reason. Contact us for a quotation and product sheet. You can also buy your Trionic directly: it is your property and comes with a 10-year warranty on original parts.
